If you’re looking for meaningful impact through innovation, we’d love to have you on board.What You'll Do?<ul><li>Design and develop mechanical systems and components — from concept through detailed design</li><li>Design electromechanical mechanisms and motion assemblies</li><li>Develop mechanical enclosures and packaging for electro-mechanical systems</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, electronics, and software</li><li>Provide ongoing support to production, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets</li><li>Work with external validation and manufacturing partners to ensure timely and spec-compliant delivery of systems and devices</li><li>Prepare technical documentation, conduct mechanical calculations, and perform static analysis</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>At least 5 years of proven experience with mechanical engineering:</li><ul><li>Proven Experience with CAD software (preferably SolidWorks)</li><li>Hands-on experience in mechanical design from concept through detailed design</li><li>Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing technologies, including precision milling, metal casting, 3D printing, and sheet metal fabrication</li><li>Experience in design transfer to high-volume manufacturing (HVM)</li><li>Ability to compose technical reports and perform static analysis and mechanical calculations</li></ul><li>Teamwork, creativity, problem-solving skills, and analytic thinking</li><li>Strong organizational skills </li></ul>Advantage:<ul><li>2 years working in a start-up</li><li>Experience with robotics</li><li>Experience with design and selection of electrical components such as - servo motors, stepper motors, proximity sensors etc.</li><li>Experience in design of linear motion systems</li><li>Experience in designing injection plastic, rotational molding, and vacuum-forming parts</li><li>Experience with working in a PDM environment</li></ul>

We must never forget that the traditional hives most commonly used in the world today (Langstroth box) were designed by us, humans, about 150 years ago. Most people are so used to them that we mistakenly confuse them with bees' natural habitat. That is far from being the case. By completely redesigning the beehive we were able to address a lot of the inefficiencies of the commonly used hives and significantly improve bees&rsquo; well-being and life longevity. For us, bees come first; our customers come second; and then all the rest.</div>
