Your mission <ul><li>Drive localized business development and market expansion for energy storage solutions across Hungary. </li><li>Lead market development, customer acquisition &amp; development and end-to-end full-cycle project closure to achieve annual sales targets while building a regional sales network.</li><li>Colaboratively with comany’s PV sales to maintain customer relationships and expanding sales channels.</li><li>Identifying upsell opportunities (expansion, EMS upgrades) and drive cross-selling of integrated solutions.</li><li>Localized Brand Promotion, attending regional trade shows.</li><li>Organize customer factory visits and technical seminars.</li><li>Cooperate with the overseas promotion of products and brands in the region, participate in industry exhibitions and forums.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Energy Storage Experience: 2+ years in overseas sales of BESS/PCS/EMS; must have independently managed projects and familiar with full project lifecycle.</li><li>Local Residency: Accept and adapt to long-term expatriate assignment (≥10 months/year); hold Schengen visa/work permit.</li><li>Language Proficiency: Business-fluent English.</li><li>Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of ESS architecture (battery cells/BMS/PCS/EMS); ability to independently interpret technical specifications.</li><li>Commercial Skills: Proficient in international trade (INCOTERMS 2020), L/Cs, performance bonds, and export credit insurance.</li><li>Execution Power: Able to independently close deals from lead to payment; pure manager profiles not accepted.</li><li>Policy Sensitivity: Rapidly grasp EU and CEE energy storage subsidies, capacity markets, and grid code changes.</li><li>Customer Access: Can reach energy managers and C-level; understand TSO bidding logic and industrial pain points.</li><li>Resilience: Deliver results under high-intensity travel and multi-cultural environments; thrive in startup-paced teams.</li></ul>
