<h2>Overview</h2>World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Specialist, Program Business Solutions and Analysis.  Major FunctionReporting to the Director, Program Business Solutions and Analysis, the Specialist, Program Business Solutions and Analysis serves as a bridge between end users and technical solutions, with a primary focus on building strong relationships with staff in LAC WWF-US managed Country Offices to understand their reporting and analytics needs. The role translates those needs into effective, sustainable solutions primarily in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and alignment with operational priorities. This position also supports Workday Adaptive Planning reporting, process documentation, system enhancement testing, and user enablement in both English and Spanish. Location:  Candidates must be based in a WWF-US managed country offices. Eligible locations include Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala/Belize/Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname and Guyana.Salary Range: Pay will be in local currency ONLY <h2>Responsibilities</h2>Reporting and Analytics (Primary Focus)<ul> <li>Proactively engage with HQ Program Operations and Country Office staff (in English and Spanish) to understand business questions, reporting requirements, and decision-making needs.</li> <li>Design, build, and maintain a suite of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric dashboards that provide timely, actionable insights tailored to end-user needs.</li> <li>Validate report data for accuracy, ensure dashboards reflect correct business rules and structures, and maintain documentation for report logic, definitions, filters, and assumptions.</li> <li>Develop; facilitate, and deliver training, guidance materials, and job aids (in English and Spanish) in collaboration with the Director, to help users navigate and interpret reports</li> <li>Provide ongoing user support in English and Spanish such as; respond to user questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide non-technical staff in data-driven decision-making.</li></ul>Process &amp; System Support (Secondary Focus)<ul> <li>Assist in system issue triage by reproducing and documenting errors, coordinating with relevant teams, and testing fixes.</li> <li>Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements, providing feedback and supporting release communications.</li> <li>Assist with periodic access audits and coordinate with IT on user provisioning for reporting tools.</li> <li>Contribute to process mapping, workflow documentation, and light process improvement activities in collaboration with the Director.</li></ul> Key Competencies<ul> <li>Proactive Ownership and Reliability – Takes initiative to move work forward, seeking clarification when needed and delivering high-quality, accurate results on time with minimal supervision and strong follow-through.</li> <li>Stakeholder Collaboration – Builds strong relationships with HQ, Country Offices, and IT teams to understand needs and deliver practical solutions.</li> <li>Analytical Thinking – Synthesizes data and user feedback to identify patterns, draws insights, and recommends practical, data-driven improvements with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.</li> <li>Adaptability – Adjusts quickly to shifting priorities, evolving systems, and changing organizational needs.</li> <li>Clear Communication – Explains technical concepts in plain language and provides guidance to both technical and non-technical audiences in English and Spanish.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, information systems, or related field; or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years experience to include 3 years of relevant experience in business intelligence/reporting roles is required.</li> <li>Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, with demonstrated ability to support Spanish-speaking users is required.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including data modeling and visualization best practices are required.</li> <li>Advanced Excel and Power Query skills, including complex formulas and data transformation techniques are preferred.</li> <li>Familiarity with one or more of: Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday, and SmartSimple systems preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of data governance and cross-system integration are highly desired.</li> <li>Experience working with international or distributed teams is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Occasional travel to WWF-US field or country offices (less than &gt;5%, a minimum of 1 to 2 trips a year to Washington, DC or other Latin American Country Offices) may be required.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li> <li>Identifies and aligns with WWF’s core values: Courage, Integrity, Respect, and Collaboration:</li> <ul> <li>Demonstrates courage by speaking up even when it is difficult, or unpopular.</li> <li>Builds trust with colleagues by acting with integrity, owning mistakes, and holding oneself accountable.</li> <li>Welcomes other points of view and ideas, recognizing and embracing different and contrary perspectives with kindness, curiosity, and encouragement.</li> <li>Makes conscious efforts to promote cooperative practices, behaviors, and ways of working across many groups and individuals.</li> </ul></ul> To Apply: <ul> <li>Submit cover letter and resume through our Careers Page, Requisition #26030</li></ul><ul> <li>Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to inquiries via phone </li></ul>  World Wildlife Fund (WWF) promotes equal employment opportunities for all qualified individuals regardless of age, race, color, sex, religion, national origin, disability, or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.
