Cundall have been working on various projects in Malaysia from our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia so this is the natural progression for the business, building on long standing relationships and offering the same high standard of multidisciplinary design and consultancy services. Our Malaysia office will enhance our regional presence in Asia, taking on exciting projects locally while also collaborating closely with our regional offices to provide seamless support.<h2>The Role</h2>This is an excellent opportunity for a competent Structural BIM Technician to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, to produce BIM Models &amp; CAD drawings for all stages of design for our projects across Asia.As part of our established team of expert engineers and technicians across our global offices, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will produce detailed 2D CAD drawings, and will also develop design coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit into our current design practices.<h2>The Skills</h2>Having already been accredited with a relevant degree/diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering in BIM modelling and having proven experience at BIM level 2, you have gained strong practical experience of using Revit in a similar building-based role, you are adept at planning and organising your workload and communicating effectively with engineering and AutoCAD specialists. You would also have good 3D BIM modelling, RC detailing and steel detailing experience.You must have sound knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM360, and have proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines, and crucially – share Cundall’s passion for creative, sustainable and intuitive design. You will require a solid understanding of all BIM practices and documentation such as ISO 19650.
