Your responsibilities may include applying payments, resolving discrepancies, monitoring credit limits, following up on overdue invoices, preparing financial reports, and supporting month-end closing while maintaining compliance and driving process improvements.Core responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle a selected stage of the O2C process (e.g. credit management, cash collection, cash application, reporting), including:</li><li>Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure payments are received on time; actively follow up on overdue invoices.</li><li>Anticipate and resolve queries on customer accounts to maintain strong relationships and maximize cash flow.</li><li>Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers through financial analysis and periodic reviews.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details and account records.</li><li>Review and release orders in line with credit policies; escalate risks to the Team Leader/Manager when necessary.</li><li>Prepare and deliver reports on credit processes, collections, and order releases (daily, weekly, monthly).</li><li>Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Customer Service, and Finance teams</li><li>Drive standard processes and improve service levels to reduce costs.</li><li>Month-end and year-end closing process and reporting;</li><li>Taking part in audit and Knowledge Management and assist in implementation of process improvements</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>University degree in Finance and/or Accounting, or completion of a relevant course; or currently in the final year of study</li><li>At least 1 year of related experience in Accounting and/or Finance roles, preferably O2C</li><li>Languages: English min. B1/B2 is a must (both speaking and in writing); Polish: min.
