This role ensures compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines, maintains accurate vendor accounts, and delivers high-quality service within agreed timelines. The position focuses on resolving queries, improving processes, and supporting best-practice implementation to enhance efficiency and internal/external customer experience.Core responsibilities:<ul><li>Processing invoices in a timely and quality manner as defined by Service Level Agreements and Customer expectations</li><li>Resolving day to day vendor service enquiries, issues and complaints</li><li>Vendor Account Management and Vendor Query by monitoring and analysing the payables, reconciling the balances with internal and external suppliers</li><li>Monitoring open accounts, contact with clients in case of issues</li><li>Cooperation with other departments</li><li>Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation</li><li>Drive standard processes and improve service levels to reduce costs.</li><li>Month-end and year-end closing process and reporting;</li><li>Taking part in audit and Knowledge Management and assist in implementation of process improvements</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>University degree in Finance and/or Accounting, or completion of a relevant course; or currently in the final year of study</li><li>At least 1 year of related experience in Accounting and/or Finance roles, preferably P2P</li><li>Languages: English min. B1/B2 is a must (both speaking and in writing); Polish: min.
