Your mission<br>                <ul><li>You are responsible for sales of our products and battery raw materials in a B2B environment, building long-term customer relationships, particularly in the waste management industry.</li><li>You manage the entire sales process – from lead generation and proposal creation to closing.</li><li>You take ownership of key account management for strategic existing customers, developing sustainable partnerships.</li><li>You actively use our CRM system to track, document and develop sales opportunities.</li><li>You actively contribute to the development of our sales processes, using digital tools to work more efficiently and improve workflows.</li><li>You work closely with Production, Business Management, Public Relations and Marketing to incorporate customer needs into our product development.</li><li>At trade fairs and conferences, you represent cylib and inspire customers and partners with our products.</li><li>You monitor market and price developments in the raw materials sector and use this information directly in customer conversations and proposals.</li></ul>            Your profile<br>                <ul><li>You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.</li><li>Building on this, you bring 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with technical products.</li><li>Experience in commodity trading or the recycling industry is a strong plus.</li><li>You communicate clearly, listen well and quickly build trust with customers.</li><li>You work in a structured way, keep track of priorities and follow through consistently.</li><li>You are confident with digital tools and use CRM systems, Excel and AI assistants as a natural part of your daily work.</li><li>You are a team player and take great pride in the quality of your work.</li><li>You have excellent German language skills – many of our customers are based in German-speaking markets.
