In this role, you will transform manual, inconsistent, or disconnected processes into streamlined, integrated, data-driven systems. You’ll work directly with collaborators across the business — from operations to engineering to corporate functions — to understand their needs, design intuitive solutions, and deliver automations, visualizations, and technology collaboration tools that enable decision-making and drive The Re:Build Way.</p><p>This is a high-impact, hands-on role that blends business analysis, solution architecture, development, and continuous improvement.</p><h2><strong>What you get to do!</strong></h2><h2><strong>Design &amp; Build Automation Solutions</strong></h2><ul><li>Deliver automation and workflow solutions using tools such as Power Automate, RPA, integration platforms, collaboration tools, dashboards, and AI/ML capabilities.</li><li>Analyze business requirements across functional, performance, availability, and security dimensions.</li><li>Architect solution designs and participate in technical and functional design reviews.</li><li>Configure, script, and develop automation solutions using best practices for reliability, security, and maintainability.</li><li>Create and refine dashboards, reports, and visualizations that turn raw data into actionable insights.</li></ul><h2><strong>Testing, Deployment &amp; Quality</strong></h2><ul><li>Perform unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.</li><li>Build deployment packages and coordinate structured deployments across Dev/Test/Production environments.</li><li>Implement monitoring, alerting, and data integrity checks for all deployed automation.</li></ul><h2><strong>Support, Troubleshooting &amp; Training</strong></h2><ul><li>Provide Tier 3 support for automation tools and integration workflows; assist Tier 1 &amp; 2 as needed.</li><li>Solve complex issues, communicate status to collaborators, and ensure minimal business disruption.</li><li>Maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials; deliver training to end users.</li></ul><h2><strong>Continuous Improvement &amp; Collaboration</strong></h2><ul><li>Proactively find opportunities to automate, simplify, and optimize processes.</li><li>Ensure all work aligns with cybersecurity, UI/UX, and architecture standards.</li><li>Mentor peers and collaborate across IT and business functions with a “one team” approach.</li><li>Meet service-level expectations, maintain accurate work estimates, and follow all company policies and processes.</li><li>Automate repetitive IT tasks using PowerShell, Python, and related scripting methods.</li><li>Travel to Re:Build locations as needed to support enterprise initiatives.</li></ul><h2><strong>What you bring to the Team</strong></h2><h2><strong> </strong><strong>Required Skills &amp;
