In this role, you will transform manual, inconsistent, or disconnected processes into streamlined, integrated, data-driven systems. You’ll work directly with collaborators across the business — from operations to engineering to corporate functions — to understand their needs, design intuitive solutions, and deliver automations, visualizations, and technology collaboration tools that enable decision-making and drive The Re:Build Way.</p><p>This is a high-impact, hands-on role that blends business analysis, solution architecture, development, and continuous improvement.</p><p>NOTE: This position is cross posted across all Re:Build Manufacturing locations. </p><h2><strong>What you get to do!</strong></h2><h2><strong>Design &amp; Build Automation Solutions</strong></h2><ul><li>Deliver automation and workflow solutions using tools such as Power Automate, RPA, integration platforms, collaboration tools, dashboards, and AI/ML capabilities.</li><li>Analyze business requirements across functional, performance, availability, and security dimensions.</li><li>Architect solution designs and participate in technical and functional design reviews.</li><li>Configure, script, and develop automation solutions using best practices for reliability, security, and maintainability.</li><li>Create and refine dashboards, reports, and visualizations that turn raw data into actionable insights.</li></ul><h2><strong>Testing, Deployment &amp; Quality</strong></h2><ul><li>Perform unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.</li><li>Build deployment packages and coordinate structured deployments across Dev/Test/Production environments.</li><li>Implement monitoring, alerting, and data integrity checks for all deployed automation.</li></ul><h2><strong>Support, Troubleshooting &amp; Training</strong></h2><ul><li>Provide Tier 3 support for automation tools and integration workflows; assist Tier 1 &amp; 2 as needed.</li><li>Solve complex issues, communicate status to collaborators, and ensure minimal business disruption.</li><li>Maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials; deliver training to end users.</li></ul><h2><strong>Continuous Improvement &amp; Collaboration</strong></h2><ul><li>Proactively find opportunities to automate, simplify, and optimize processes.</li><li>Ensure all work aligns with cybersecurity, UI/UX, and architecture standards.</li><li>Mentor peers and collaborate across IT and business functions with a “one team” approach.</li><li>Meet service-level expectations, maintain accurate work estimates, and follow all company policies and processes.</li><li>Automate repetitive IT tasks using PowerShell, Python, and related scripting methods.</li><li>Travel to Re:Build locations as needed to support enterprise initiatives.</li></ul><h2><strong>What you bring to the Team</strong></h2><p> </p><h2><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></h2><ul><li><span>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology (or related field)</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Five or more years of experience, specifically working as a automation/integration engineer is required</span><span> </span></li></ul><p> </p><h2><strong>Strong hands-on experience with:</strong></h2><ul><li><strong>Microsoft Power Automate</strong> (workflow + RPA preferred)</li><li><strong>Microsoft 365</strong> platforms including SharePoint, Teams, and related tools</li><li><strong>Power BI</strong> for dashboards and reporting</li><li><strong>SQL Server or cloud-native databases</strong></li><li><strong>SQL and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)</strong></li><li><strong>System and application integration frameworks</strong></li><li><strong>Automating IT systems and processes</strong></li></ul><h2><strong>Demonstrated success in:</strong></h2><ul><li>Full lifecycle solution delivery (requirements → design → build → test → deploy → support)</li><li>Working directly with end users and technical teams to understand processes and translate them into solutions</li><li>Agile/Scrum development practices</li><li>Deploying solutions across non-production and production environments</li><li>Applying UI/UX and cybersecurity standard methodologies</li><li>Using <strong>AI/ML</strong> tools to enhance automation or decision-making</li><li>Rapidly learning new technologies and applying them in practical ways</li></ul><h2><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></h2><p>Experience in any of the following is a plus:</p><ul><li>Basic networking concepts (protocols, routing, information flow)</li><li>Operating systems and server infrastructure</li><li>Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)</li><li>UIPath or other RPA tools</li><li>BPMN process modeling</li><li>ITIL processes</li><li>ERP or other core business systems</li><li>Manufacturing environments or Lean principles</li></ul><p>Location: We are seeking a hire that is commutable to either of our Commerce City.
