The new infrastructure is expected to be operational by 2028 and will initially unlock up to 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity.</p><p></p><p>The project consists of 90km of 500kV overhead transmission lines and 150 km of 330kV transmission lines for generator connections, stretching from Elong Elong in the west through to Barigan Creek in the east, via an energy hub at Merotherie.</p><p></p><p>Our Central-West Orana project is currently seeking dedicated <b>Site Administrators</b> to share their expertise within our growing <b>Energy Hubs</b> and <b>Substations teams.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li>Provide administrative assistance to the management team, and other employees as required.</li><li>Supporting the Construction Team in cost tracking, production tracking and dockets management through the use of excel and ACEREZ D&amp;C’s proposed cost control system.</li><li>Provide assistance to HR and Safety Advisors in relation to employee inductions, information packs and project support.</li><li>Assist with maintenance of office environment in particular with general housekeeping at the office.</li><li>Assist with set up for project meetings and catering.</li><li>Provide general administrative assistance to the broader construction team.</li><li>Professional/positive interface with both members of the public and internal stakeholders</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health &amp; Safety, and Environmental processes, practices, and procedures.</li><li>Manage the client and customer interfaces to ensure issues are resolved and not escalated.</li><li>Provide effective communication on project progress.</li><li>Maintain stock levels of printer paper at each printer location, ensure A4 and A3 always available near each device.
