Here is what you will do: 1. Technical Leadership &amp; Electrical Design<ul><li>Lead the design and technical development of medium and low voltage distribution systems (up to 66kV) for utilities, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects.</li><li>Provide expert oversight on substation layouts, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, protection systems, and grounding networks.</li><li>Review and validate complex electrical studies including load flow, short circuit, arc flash, protection coordination, and power quality analysis.</li><li>Define project design strategies and ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NFPA and client-specific standards.</li></ul>2. Medium Voltage Expertise &amp; Industrial Applications<ul><li>Oversee the design and installation of MV networks, RMUs, transformers, and cabling systems in industrial and utility-scale applications.</li><li>Advise clients and contractors on best practices for MV installation, safety, and reliability.</li><li>Ensure compliance with arc flash mitigation, grounding, and protection system coordination for safe and resilient networks.</li></ul>3. Project &amp; Client Management<ul><li>Act as the technical lead and primary point of contact for electrical engineering scopes in multidisciplinary projects.</li><li>Manage client expectations, provide technical presentations, feasibility studies, and reports.</li><li>Support project managers in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for electrical engineering deliverables.</li></ul>4. BIM Integration &amp; Digital Engineering<ul><li>Oversee 3D modeling of electrical systems using Revit MEP and AutoCAD Plant 3D, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical, civil, and process layouts.</li><li>Guide coordination meetings, clash detection reviews, and BIM model integration across disciplines.</li><li>Promote best practices in digital engineering, CDE platforms (BIM 360, ACC), and model-based collaboration.</li></ul>5. Construction &amp; Commissioning Support<ul><li>Provide senior-level site engineering support, including construction supervision, technical clarifications, and contractor coordination.</li><li>Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover documentation of electrical installations.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and ensure transfer of knowledge on installation practices and commissioning methodologies.</li></ul>
