If you’re ready to bring your hands-on expertise to a team that values precision and innovation, join us as an RF Test Technician.What you’ll do<ul><li>Set up and conduct tests on components and assemblies under operational conditions</li><li>Read and interpret specifications in production units</li><li>Execute RF tests per documented procedure and provide accurate data for the units</li><li>Communicate during the RF test stage with the responsible technician of a product with out of tolerance RF measurements and other issues</li><li>Be able to clearly communicate and interact with the Quality personnel and the necessary production and manufacturing personnel to resolve production-related issues</li><li>Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and hazardous materials</li></ul>What you need<ul><li>A working understanding of the RF and DC testing that is completed in support of production. Some of the tests are gain, VSWR, 1 dB compression point, Sat power, 3rd OIP, noise figure, spurious, and harmonics.</li><li>Understand how to use microwave measurements, RF amplifiers, automated testing, and manual testing of microwave products with limited supervision (required)</li><li>Knowledge of test equipment such as network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, RF generator, noise figure meters, power meters, etc. (required)</li><li>5+ years of experience in RF field and/or training (preferred)</li><li>U.S. Citizen status in order to be eligible to obtain/maintain a D.O.D. security clearance.
