What you will do:<ul><li>Analyze occupational and environmental incidents, prepare root cause analysis reports, and follow up on corrective actions</li><li>Lead plant EHS activities; work in close coordination with the EMEA EHS management team through weekly meetings, and ensure the implementation of EMEA EHS processes at the plant.</li><li>Prepare, update, and continuously improve HSE risk assessments</li><li>Plan and deliver internal EHS trainings and conduct on-site training sessions</li><li>Perform regular site inspections, report findings, and ensure timely closure of action items</li><li>Prepare monthly EHS plans and track KPIs (accident rates, lost time injuries, volumes, etc.)</li><li>Develop emergency response plans and manage emergency drills</li><li>Manage ISO 14001 Environmental Management System activities</li><li>Actively participate in EHS Committee meetings and ensure coordination between management and shopfloor teams</li><li>Support the integration and maintenance of IATF 16949 documentation related to EHS processes</li><li>Prepare local and global reports and present documentation in English</li><li>Lead plant EHS   activites, And weekly meeting with central EMEA management</li></ul>What you bring:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related engineering  background</li><li>Class B Occupational Safety Specialist certification (Class A is an asset / preferred)</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of EHS and environmental legislation</li><li>Good command of English (spoken and written)</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards</li><li>Proficient in MS Office; experience with EHS software is a plus</li><li>Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills</li><li>Proactive, team-oriented, and solution-focused</li></ul>About Clarios: Clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
