Understand business needs and proactively suggest HR solutions that add value while ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies. </li><li>Performance Management: Apply global performance standards, KPIs, and targets to foster a high-performance culture. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on key people management activities. </li><li>Talent &amp; Leadership Development: Partner with leaders to identify and build talent bench strength. Utilize Our Leadership Pillars and Diversity360 to shape culture and behaviors, connecting people to potential. Implement learning and development initiatives to enhance technical and leadership competencies in collaboration with HR Talent teams. </li><li>Labor Relations &amp; Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with managers, employees, and union representatives.
