You will counsel and coach business leaders, advise on appropriate solutions, and represent the business in its interactions with the CoEs and HR Operations to ensure alignment and the delivery of effective HR support.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>Set and implement people strategy in line with global business unit and global HR function strategy</li><li>Deliver high impact HR Solutions by understanding business needs, providing expert advice and leveraging data analytics to enable informed decision making</li><li>Ensure people and organizational capabilities required in the mid-long term are understood and actioned. Ensure that the business positions in the short term are adequately staffed to meet or exceed the annual business targets.
