In this role, you will be on the front line of building the future of energy, working directly on our production assembly lines to manufacture our cutting-edge battery storage systems.You will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of products, precisely following work instructions, and ensuring every unit meets our high-quality standards. This is an exciting, hands-on, physically active role that requires reliability, efficiency, and a commitment to safety.What You'll Do<ul style=""><li>Operate production machinery and equipment safely while ensuring consistent output across all products.</li><li>Assemble battery systems and sub-assemblies on a manufacturing production line, following detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Perform visual inspections of parts and finished units to identify defects or inconsistencies, ensuring products meet quality standards before moving to the next stage.</li><li>Load and unload materials onto the production line and assist with kitting job kits and organizing components to support smooth workflow.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with 5S standards and comply with all safety requirements, including consistent use of required PPE.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve assembly processes and communicate suggestions to the broader team.</li><li>Maintain flexibility to change shifts and work overtime as needed to support Base’s continued growth.</li></ul>What You'll Bring<ul style=""><li>Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or a warehouse environment is preferred; experience using hand and power tools is a plus.
