Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>​Proactively visit customers to identify opportunities to maintain the installed base up to date by offering solutions from the GEA Portfolio.</li><li>Prepare and follow-up on commercial proposals for spare parts, service level and maintenance agreements, health checks, upgrades and retrofits.</li><li>Execute the GEA Service strategy and GEA Service sales plan in close collaboration with the team. </li><li>Provide support to Customers on technical clarification of the requirement, acting as a key interface between Sales, Service and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Manage warranty cases in coordination with internal departments and factories.</li><li>Support maintenance planning activities and spare parts identification for service agreements.</li><li>Handle order confirmations, ensure accurate processing and follow-up on deliveries to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>This role will act as a key interface within a fast-growing organization with the potential to grow into a pure sales position in mid-term.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Engineering, or experience in a related technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Professional (Junior) in sales and Service support roles, preferably within the bakery or industrial manufacturing industry.</li><li>Solid communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal stakeholders and external customers.</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.</li><li>Service-oriented mindset, with a proactive and solution-driven approach to problem solving.</li><li>Fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English; Portuguese is considered a plus.</li><li>Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective internal actions.</li><li>Proactive attitude towards spare parts, retrofit and service sales promotion.</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 30%) for customer visits, site activities or internal coordination.</li><li>High level of ownership and accountability, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to work closely with Sales and Service teams to support market awareness and business development initiatives.</li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>Attractive compensation package with flexible remuneration options (e.g. restaurant tickets, nursery)</li><li>Private health insurance plan</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Flexible working hours and the option for remote work (two days per week)</li><li>23 days of vacation per year</li><li>Great work environment as part of a collaborative team</li><li>Continuous internal training and career development opportunities, both nationally and internationally</li><li>The opportunity to join a company recognized as a Top Employer 2026</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
