Here are some enticing perks and rewards.<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance bonuses</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career progression</li><li>A dynamic and purpose-driven culture</li><li>Access to cutting-edge technology and global resources</li></ul>What you'll do:<ul><li>Responsible leader of the depot</li><li>Support growth initiatives, providing operational and administration excellence to both external and internal customers.</li><li>Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, deployment, mentoring, development and corrective action.</li><li>Responsible for adherence to OHS&amp;E practices and standards.</li><li>In conjunction with the Regional Service Manager assisting in the planning and approval of the depot budget</li><li>Ensure that the service team are fully occupied with daily and weekly service targets.</li><li>Ensure all information for administrative tasks are completed including financials, on our ERP systems are reported on time and in line with policy and procedures.</li><li>Ensure equipment and quality satisfaction is measured and communicated via the customer service monthly report survey, to the service team and how they compare against other Aggreko depot results.</li><li>Ensure our fleet is “Ready for Rental” in accordance with the company’s policy to ensure supply does not affect our ability to deliver.</li><li>Provide information and training to enable the service team to answer customer enquiries.</li><li>Maintain fleet livery in accordance with the company’s policy Provide technical</li><li>support to the Sales Team when required.</li><li>Manage staff hours ensuring that all service technicians have a fair and equal opportunity to work overtime, within budget.</li><li>Ensure contractor use is approved by Regional Service Manager and within budget.</li><li>Ensure that stock control is maintained in line with financial restraints and budgets.</li><li>Ensure that designated stock takes are completed on time and accurate.</li><li>Ensure that all service staff and contractors work in a safe manner abiding to company policy in terms of housekeeping, safe working at heights, forklift driving and PPE requirements.</li><li>Conduct regular internal audits to ensure that we are abiding by company standards and external audits from PLC are marked no less than a “B” result.</li><li>Organize and assist in the planning of onsite project needs and ensure that the customer is supported to deliver the job in accordance with the hire enquiry.</li><li>Ensure the depot is maintained and audited against the Aggreko Global Service Center Standards document</li><li>Build strong working relationships with the Sales team, Area Sales Managers, Sector Managers and CSC Team and direct reports </li><li>Facilitate the planning &amp; running of daily toolbox meetings and follow up on any key issues and actions </li><li>Ensure workshop equipment and accessories are in working condition and serviced within required intervals </li></ul>To thrive in this role, you'll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Experience in leading teams from a depot capacity</li><li>Trade or engineering qualification preferably as an electrician, diesel mechanic or refrigeration mechanic (Desired)</li><li>Exceptional communication skills</li><li>Ability to lead, develop and maintain relationships with all departments</li><li>Strong customer focus</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and make deadlines</li><li>PC Literacy</li><li>Planning, problem solving and coordination skills</li><li>Focused on continuous improvement. 5/6 Sigma or Continuous Improvement training preferable </li></ul>If you're ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role in a dynamic environment, apply now to be a part of our dedicated team at Aggreko.Join us.
