In this role, you will be a technical leader responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of all vehicle systems. You will leverage your deep expertise in automotive development, systems engineering, and hands-on testing to drive end-to-end integration of our complex vehicle platform. Your work will be critical in ensuring world class reliability for our Robotaxi Service Operations.</div> <h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Develop integration test plan to meet system functionality objectives for progressive vehicle milestones, continuously improving the test coverage based on platform maturity.</li><li>Identify integration risks early on through rigorous testing and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders - System Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Vehicle Program Management - to mitigate impact to the program and milestones.</li><li>Report overall system robustness status, open issues, integration risks and mitigation plans during regular program reviews</li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentoring to broader team to apply data driven testing and integration methodology to various vehicle systems</li><li>Lead cross-functional focused resolution forum to assess program risks and drive resolution of complex system integration issues in a timely manner</li><li>Lead development and commissioning of system test benches with progressive capabilities and leverage simulation/emulation techniques to overcome challenges with timing and maturity of components</li><li>Conduct testing using Simulation, Bench and Vehicle assets to characterize System Performance at Nominal and Off Nominal conditions and conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights <div> </div>   </li></ul></ul><h3>Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent</li><li>10-15 years of experience in Vehicle System Development and Integration related role</li><li>Proven track record of excellence in delivering function robustness in one or more of the following vehicle systems -Chassis, Braking, Steering, Electric Propulsion, ADAS, Thermal</li><li>Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN FD, OBD2, LIN, Auto-Ethernet)</li><li>Expertise with 12V Power Management and Network Communication - CAN/LIN and Automotive Ethernet</li><li>Extensive hands-on experience conducting bench/vehicle-level testing, instrumentation and data analysis</li><li>Experience in developing SFMEA</li><li>Well versed in technical problem solving methodologies such as Six Sigma, Shainin RedX, 5Why, 8d      </li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Experience with Automotive Calibration Development at Vehicle Level</li><li>Experience with Controls Development using xIL and Rapid Controls Prototyping </li><li>Experience with development and integration of vehicle program from prototype to launch</li><li>Experience with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) or ISO26262 (Automotive functional safety)</li><div> </div></ul>
