This role blends sales development, HubSpot Ops ownership to ensure our top-of-funnel engine runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key part in building pipeline and improving processes. This is a great opportunity for someone that's been an enterprise SDR for 2-3 years and looking to move into a more operational role supporting large sales engines.<h2>Key Responsibilities: </h2><ul style=""><li>Execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach while maintaining an organized pipeline and consistently hitting monthly meeting/opportunity targets</li><li>Ensure high-quality lead qualification and smooth handoffs to Growth Leads</li><li>Own top-of-funnel follow-up and ensure continuous outbound momentum</li><li>Replenish pipeline through conference lists, lead uploads, and targeted research</li></ul><ul style=""><li>Serve as our HubSpot administrator, maintaining clean and accurate data</li><li>Build and optimize workflows, sequences, and sales automation</li><li>Create dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and team performance</li><li>Train team members on HubSpot best practices and support ad-hoc CRM needs</li><li>Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies</li><li>Support conference-related spikes in lead volume</li><li>Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels</li><li>Track engagement and adjust content strategy based on performance</li><li>Support creative campaigns, product announcements, and customer stories</li><li>Monitor / post to social channels, respond to inbound engagement</li></ul>Logistics:<ul style=""><li>Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States.</li><li>Location: Must be based in San Francisco or New York City/ We are a hybrid team with a 2-3 days in office policy.</li><li>Compensation: This role is currently set at a salary range of ~$100,000-$110,000 OTE plus equity.</li></ul>
