Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator – CSA (Pre &amp; Post) with 15 years of expertise in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, including pre-award and post-award activities, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of contract law, negotiation, and administration in complex, high-value semiconductor projects.ResponsibilitiesPre-Award Contract Management:<ul><li>Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements for semiconductor projects.</li><li>Coordinate with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure contract terms align with project objectives and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support bid and proposal processes, including contract risk assessment and mitigation strategies.</li></ul>Post-Award Contract Administration:<ul><li>Administer CSA contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including change management, claims, and dispute resolution.</li><li>Monitor contract performance, compliance, and deliverables; maintain accurate contract records and documentation.</li><li>Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve contractual issues and ensure timely execution of obligations.</li></ul>Risk &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Identify and mitigate contractual risks through proactive monitoring.</li><li>Ensure adherence to internal policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards (e.g., SOX, ISO).</li><li>Support audits, contract reviews, and compliance reporting.</li></ul>Stakeholder Collaboration:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for CSA contract-related matters with clients, consultants, and project teams.</li><li>Provide timely updates and reports on contract status to project management and stakeholders.</li><li>Facilitate resolution of disputes and contractual issues.</li></ul>
