Here are some of the perks and rewards.<ul><li>Competitive compensation package   </li><li>Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance  </li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available   </li><li>Paid training programs  </li><li>Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement   </li><li>Safety-focused culture   </li></ul>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Administer, maintain and track all driver qualification files in accordance with regulatory standards</li><li>Support the management, implementation and maintenance of training programs for all drivers and driver managers.</li><li>Track and report on all DOT violations, inspections, traffic violations, and citations coordinating with field management on corrective actions for non-compliance issues.</li><li>Compile and submit reports required by company management and regulatory agencies as required.</li><li>Monitor MVRs, driver’s licenses and any required DOT medical cards to certify all driver qualification files are accurate and current.</li><li>Work with HSE team and driver managers to ensure understanding and compliance of DOT post-accident drug testing requirements are met.</li><li>Work with operations team and 3rd part vendors to ensure trailer maintenance programs and annual inspections are being performed in accordance with regulatory requirements.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Minimum of an Associate’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience</li><li>DOT Compliance Certification or equivalent experience</li><li>Proficient in DOT/FMCSA regulations, Transport Canada, OSHA Regulations, State and Federal traffic laws, along with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel &amp; PowerPoint.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills</li><li>Professional and effective communication skills with a high level of self-motivation, energy, accountability and commitment</li><li>Strong organizational skills and skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting priorities</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
