This role supports the General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales/Dispatch Manager, and Dispatch team by ensuring safety programs, training, and operational systems run smoothly and remain compliant.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead branch safety and operations projects assigned by leadership</li><li>Manage employee training, certifications, and compliance tracking</li><li>Train drivers on tablets and Digital DVIRs</li><li>Support implementation of safety programs, ride-alongs, and observations</li><li>Monitor telematics systems (Lytx, Geotab) to support driver coaching</li><li>Coordinate First Aid, fit testing, hearing tests, asbestos, and forklift training</li><li>Maintain driver records, training matrices, and compliance documentation</li><li>Assist with site inspections, JHSC activities, and WCB/Return-to-Work administration</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Strong organization and project management skills</li><li>Ability to train and support drivers with technology and safety processes</li><li>Proactive approach to compliance and training management</li><li>Experience with fleet/safety systems (SEMS, Geotab, Lytx) is an asset</li><li>Valid driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 with Air Brakes preferred)</li></ul>#GFLTalent  We thank you for your interest.
