These are cloud-based solutions that will be used by all manufacturing units within the business unit.  We are seeking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team in Barcelona.<h2>How you will make an impact</h2><ul><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems.</li><li>Document and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams.</li><li>Maintain and improve a list of standard operating procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs.</li><li>Ensure software systems are up to date and functioning properly.</li><li>Contribute to the product development during testing, release and hyper-care  of new functionality as required</li><li>Lead, mentor, and coach a team of analysts to achieve and exceed individual and team quotas</li></ul><h2>Your background</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.</li><li>4-6 years of experience in Azure Configuration or development.</li><li>Experience working in applications using MS SQL. </li><li>Deep hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure Portal ecosystem (e.g., Application Insights, Azure Data Factory, Azure Dashboard, API Management, Traceability, etc.).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li></ul><h2>More about us</h2>A holistic range of competitive benefit programs to support your financial, physical and mental well-being and personal development.
