The Staff Inventory Control Analyst is the strategic architect of inventory integrity within our manufacturing facility. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring 100% data parity between Oracle ERP, WMS, and MES, effectively bridging the gap between physical shop-floor movements and digital enterprise records.You will lead the Inventory Control Team in deploying a robust, audit-ready cycle count program and serve as the technical lead for Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) on system posting failures. As a key partner to Process Engineering and the MES team, you will drive the transition toward automated material consumption and real-time WIP tracking.
