This role reports into our Equipment Maintenance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!<h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Build and implement a comprehensive spare parts program for production, maintenance, and facilities equipment</li><li>Identify critical, insurance, and consumable spare parts based on asset criticality and failure history</li><li> Maintain accurate spare parts inventory records, including quantities, locations, and usage history</li><li> Track spare parts consumption and adjust min/max levels to ensure availability while minimizing excess inventory</li><li>Generate and manage spare parts quotes from vendors and suppliers</li><li>Identify and track cost savings opportunities through standardization, supplier consolidation, and inventory optimization</li></ul><h3>What you'll bring:</h3><ul style=""><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Experience in spare parts planning, inventory management, maintenance planning, or supply chain operations</li><li>Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts </li><li>Experience working with CMMS and/or ERP systems</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with maintenance, operations, engineering, and procurement</li></ul><h3>Where you'll work:</h3>This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA.
