Our leading technology and strong market position enable us to achieve growth targets in the energy transition across current and growing market segments such as hydrogen, data centers and e-mobility.</div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>Register, issue, update, and archive technical project documentation (drawings, specifications, certificates, etc.).</li><li>Maintain and keep the Document Management System (DMS) up to date and solve technical matters (if any)</li><li>Prepare the Project Document List in collaboration with all disciplines and the list of documents to be shared with the client.</li><li>Coordinate with all disciplines and clients to ensure proper document delivery and traceability.</li><li>Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, and Planning teams to monitor document status, update planning dates, and activate internal and external documentation workflows.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards and document control procedures</li><li>Review technical specifications to identify document management requirements for projects.</li><li>Provide training to end-users on the use of the document management tool.</li><li>Identify the risk &amp; opportunity, make contributions to the continuous improvement works.             </li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in documentation management.</li><li>Proficiency in document management systems and database tools.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian (mandatory)</li><li>Experience with substations for distribution and transmission grids is an advantage.</li><li>Proven track record in document control for large-scale projects.</li><li>Familiarity with InEight and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is a plus.</li></ul>More about us We offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.
