Suggest alternative and complementary products.</p></li><li><p>Respond to customer needs and find appropriate solutions, based on the circumstances.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.</p></li><li><p>Maintain an excellent knowledge of customers, products and the competition.</p></li><li><p>Track customer profitability and credit levels.
