Position Overview:<ul><li>Design new machine electrical system based on requirements, Improve &amp; Optimize the machine according to different requirements。</li><li>参与新设备的电气系统设计与研发，根据不同的要求对设备进行优化。</li></ul> Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for electrical schematic design, electrical system layout design, cable harness design </li><li>负责电气原理图设计, 电气系统布局设计，线束图设计。</li><li>Responsible for electrical components selection and BOM.</li><li>负责电气元器件的选型和BOM清单制作。</li><li>Writing and debugging PLC programs，such as, Siemens, Mitsubishi, ect.</li><li>编写和调试PLC程序，比如西门子，三菱等。</li><li>Frequently involved in hand-on problem solving</li><li>需要频繁的解决各种突发的问题。</li><li>Cooperate with mechanical engineer and software engineer to complete the whole machine design, test and maintenance. </li><li>和机械工程师，软件工程师配合完成整机设计，测试和维护。</li><li>Assist with assembly and testing of new developed systems, Provides a detailed test report.</li><li>协助组装和测试新的系统,并做好详细的测试报告。</li><li>Other tasks assigned by Supervisor。</li><li>上级交代的其他任务。</li></ul>
