(Order to Cash)</li><li>Cost Centre Management and cost allocation</li><li>General Ledger and Scrutiny of the same for expenses</li><li>Preparation of monthly financial statement (quarterly and yearly corporate reporting using e.g. Hyperion. FASTER)</li><li>Adherence to company policies</li><li>Business Performance Presentations</li><li>Consolidations for APAC regions monthly numbers and annual budget</li><li>Supports special projects and processes improvement initiatives.</li><li>Support audit of Ind AS and IFRS and cost audit.</li><li>Managing budgets and interaction with all departments.</li><li>Capex Control and ROI / IRR calculation</li><li>It is the responsibility of the individuals to ensure that each team members are aligned with Freudenberg Ethic’s policy and Code of Conduct.</li><li>Each member are responsible to follow the Safe working Practice and Safe Travelling Mode.</li><li>Plant controlling</li><li>Leading a team of 5-6 business partners</li><li>Preparing business strategy</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>CA/ ICWA /M.Com/ MBA (Finance) with 12-15 years of experience in accounting or finance managementAccounting firm experience is an asset (article ship, internship).</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and insight.</li><li>Planning and organizational skills.</li><li>ICAI with first attempt and rank holders will be preferred.</li><li>MBA finance from a premier institute will be an advantage</li><li>MNC experience will be preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 12-15 years’ experience in Finance Planning and Analysis ( FP&amp;A), with track record of increasing responsibility.</li><li>Working experience in manufacturing sector is beneficial</li><li>Excellent knowledge of SAP processes and ERP</li><li>Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and networking skills required</li><li>English language mandatory.
