The role of this Team Lead will be to ensure company environmental standards of health and safety are maintained. Assign duties and report upon the work of varying numbers of Operators working in a warehouse environment. To provide effective leadership, communication, motivation and training/development. Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to and manage performance through an agreed set of Key Performance Indicators. Ensure team members are trained in warehouse processes and that required process conditions are met, and standardized work instructions are understood and followed.
