Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: <ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) being highly preferred.</li><li>Possess a minimum of 8 years of finance experience in large-scale manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a senior overseas financial management role.</li><li>Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of EU/International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local tax policies, and labor laws.</li><li>Have experience in greenfield project setup or building a finance function from inception.</li><li>Exhibit excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong learning agility and adaptability.</li><li>Be fluent in both English and Chinese (C2 level) as working languages.</li><li>Have hands-on experience with SAP and be willing to relocate and work long-term in the Wroclaw area of Poland.</li></ul></li></ul> Why us?  Join our team in Poland, a crucial part of our growing global presence.
