This role is the primary owner of financial modeling, capital structure strategy, and investment decision-making frameworks across the company's growing infrastructure portfolio — including solar, generation, substations, microgrids, battery storage, and hybrid systems.  Reporting to the CFO, this position works closely with Sales, Development, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure every project is capital-efficient, competitively priced, and aligned with both customer needs and Priority Power's long-term financial strategy.  The Sr. Director also serves as the primary liaison between Priority Power and owners on investment and deal decisions and provides validation of commissions ensuring accuracy and alignment with contract terms and deal structures.
