In particular, your role will be focused on maintaining and running our equipment in our R&amp;D and pilot-production lab in Lauenförde (Germany), and supporting manufacturing development with our partners. You will be part of a team focused on silicon anode deposition and upscaling.Your responsibilities:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Operation of vacuum deposition equipment, including but not limited to routinely logging and measurement preset values, keeping and updating our inventory.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Preparation, loading, unloading and packaging of anodes for lithium-ion energy storage products and components (e.g., anodes or battery cells) by chemical vapor deposition. Careful logging of deposition parameters.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Informing PECVD process engineers and technicians of any equipment malfunction that need immediate attention.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Communicating, in both written and oral format on the technical status of the equipment used.</li></ul>Requirements:Know-how:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Familiar with MS Excel and MS Office suite.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Post-secondary vocational education in a technical field.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience in a production environment is a plus.</li></ul><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Professional proficiency in English and German (oral and written). </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Applicants must have the right/required visa to live and work in the job location.</li></ul>Interpersonal skills:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Self-driven and highly independent.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Excellent communication.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Team player and collaborator.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Open-minded, creative, and result-oriented.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Passion for hands-on development and experimentation.</li></ul> </div>
