This is an in-office position.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned):<ul><li>Work on annual and quarterly global income tax provisions and reporting for SEC 10-Q and 10-K filings.</li><li>Enter data and run global consolidations in OneStream Tax Provision (TXP) software.</li><li>Support non-US business units in their access and use of the TXP provision software.</li><li>Evaluate global ETR, cash tax &amp; tax rate analytics, and balance sheet variances from quarter to quarter.</li><li>Maintain and validate domestic Income Tax Payable inventory.</li><li>Uncertain Tax Position (UTP or FIN 48) issue identification, tracking and review of third-party prepared schedules. </li><li>Consolidate and review global tax account reconciliations. </li><li>Prepare workpapers for Federal and state income tax provisions, (Estimate Book/Tax differences).</li><li>Prepare Return to Provision (RTP) for US Federal and state tax returns.</li><li>Execute and document SOX Controls.</li><li>Provide support and analysis for third party financial statement auditors. </li><li>Prepare state provision assessing appropriate state tax rates and credits. </li><li>Support Country-by-Country Reporting, and Pillar 2 reporting.</li><li>Support transfer pricing.</li><li>Interface effectively with other members of the finance organization collecting and sharing tax information.</li><li>Conduct tax research using online tools and resources.</li><li>Support tax accounting and integration of newly acquired entities.</li><li>Continuously improve as tax processes and reporting requirements evolve. </li><li>Assist with special projects as needed, such as analyzing legislative changes, transactions and purchase accounting.</li><li>This position requires some overtime during quarter close. </li></ul> Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no direct supervisory responsibilities but will lead certain tasks and relationships including third-party consultants.  Role may provide training and review of foreign business units tax accounting.  Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:<ul><li>Analytical - Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data.</li><li>Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.</li><li>Project Management - Communicates changes and progress.</li><li>Technical Skills – Understanding of ASC740, for a global corporation, including SEC reporting.
