This role will focus on providing technical expertise and support to customers, working closely with the sales and applications team to ensure successful integration and application of our imaging solutions. The role also involves direct interaction with customers to support the sales team and ensure smooth technical engagement.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams.</li><li>Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and troubleshooting.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and product management to identify customer requirements and propose solutions.</li><li>Develop and deliver technical training for customers and partners.</li><li>Assist in system integration, validation, and optimization of imaging solutions.</li><li>Document customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.</li><li>Write and maintain technical documentation, including datasheets and user manuals.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
