We are looking for a Business Performance Analyst:Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Analize and review the business performance of Middle Americas Cluster weekly and monthly top line targets such as Backlog, Order Intake, Sales, Costs, Gross Profit and Gross Margin.</li><li>Review of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Responsible by weekly performance analysis by sales orders and division of Backlog, Order Intake, Sales, Costs, Gross Profit and Gross Margin.</li><li>Responsible off keep an updated backlog and order intake by sales order.</li><li>In charge of the monthly reviews and presentations.</li><li>Responsible off prepare the weekly and monthly APR.</li><li>In charge of a reporting entity for all the financial information.</li><li>Responsible for budgeting and forecasting.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Professional in Administrative areas such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Accounting.</li><li>Finance and accounting knowledge mandatory.</li><li>English domain (minimum B1)</li><li>Broad experience in data and profit analysis of multinational companies.</li><li>Expertise on Excel/Microsoft Office and SAP.</li><li>Expertise on Power BI is mandatory.</li><li>Knowledge in data analytics tools are valued</li><li>Data analytics and detail oriented are strongly valued.</li><li>Conflict resolutions skills.</li><li>Professional and interpersonal communications skills.</li><li>Have a focus on automation and process efficiency.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
