Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Finance Transformation, you will sit at the intersection of Finance, Product, Operations and Data.This isn't a traditional accounting role. You won't just be recording transactions; you will be designing the systems that automate them. From migrating us to NetSuite to building the "Single Source of Truth" in our Data Warehouse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Finance function can scale 10x without a 10x increase in effort.What you’ll be doing<ul><li>ERP &amp; Systems Evolution: Act as a key project member for our NetSuite migration (Go-Live 2026). You’ll handle the "heavy lifting" of data migration, COA mapping, and ensuring our proprietary platform (EOS) talks seamlessly to our new ERP.</li><li>The Efficiency Engine: You will document and re-engineer processes to  drive efficiency, scalability and sustainable business growth. Whether it’s improving reconciliations or designing the build of our new reconciliation tool in EOS, you are there to eliminate manual workarounds.</li><li>Month-End Optimization: Work with the accounting team to design robust EOM procedures. You’ll help automate Revenue and COGS accruals and optimize the workpapers that bridge our various platforms (EOS, Machship, Xero/NetSuite).</li><li>Strategic Partner for Finance: Act as a conduit between Finance and the broader Ofload business on transformation projects, ensuring the Product Roadmap reflects Finance implications, partnering with Operations to resolve issues at the source, and collaborating with the Data team to establish a robust data strategy that delivers a clear, trusted single source of truth.</li></ul>About YouYou are likely an early-career finance professional or a systems-savvy accountant who realized they enjoy leveraging AI to help building the spreadsheet/system more than just filling it in.<ul><li>Tech-Fluent: You have a natural curiosity for how systems connect. Experience with NetSuite, Xero, or large-scale ERP migrations is a huge plus.</li><li>Problem Solver: You don’t just spot an inefficiency; you document the current state and propose the future-state solution. You look at manual bottlenecks and intuitively see where AI and automation can simplify workflows and improve data quality to let the team focus on higher-value analysis.</li><li>Agile Mindset: We are a high-growth scale-up. You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited by a roadmap that evolves as we grow.</li><li>Qualifications: You likely have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Systems.
