TIG and/or spot welding experience a plus</li><li>Must be capable of machine setup including proper wire speed, voltage, and gas flow</li><li>Ability to safely use and operate shop tools and equipment such as torches, band saws, iron workers and drill presses</li><li>Capable of following instructions.</li><li>Able to work in a physically demanding environment including working on your feet for extended periods of time, lifting material weighing up to 50 pounds and working in hot or cold conditions</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Capable of following required safety procedures including OSHA standards such as lock-out/tag-out and incident reporting</li><li>Ability to work independently in a production oriented environment and perform against established performance standards</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Ability to prioritize, organize and multi task</li><li>Self-starter with a willingness to learn</li></ul><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time, In-Person.
