This role requires frequent travel to project sites and involves hands-on carpentry work including framing, formwork, structural modifications, and general construction support.The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Perform rough and finish carpentry work on solar and construction sites</li><li>Construct and install framing, forms, supports, and temporary structures</li><li>Build and dismantle concrete formwork and assist with pours</li><li>Interpret blueprints, drawings, and site plans</li><li>Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively</li><li>Support site preparation and structural modifications as required</li><li>Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards</li><li>Travel to project sites nationwide as needed</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field crews</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>3+ years of carpentry or construction experience</li><li>Experience in commercial or utility-scale construction preferred</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings</li><li>Strong knowledge of carpentry methods, materials, and tools</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75–100%)</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions</li><li>Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods</li><li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Solar construction experience</li><li>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification</li><li>Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects</li></ul><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li>Competitive pay (based on experience)</li><li>Travel per diem (when applicable)</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Opportunities for growth within a fast-growing renewable energy company</li></ul>
