About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to lead the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely financial reporting in a multi-entity, multi-tiered environment. This role will support monthly/quarterly/year-end reporting, audit readiness, and communication with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, lenders, and investors.This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week onsite in our Charlotte area office.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP</li><li>Manage reporting for a complex multi-entity structure, including multi-tier consolidations and intercompany activity</li><li>Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure deadlines are met</li><li>Perform balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and ensure reporting accuracy</li><li>Serve as a key liaison to external auditors, supporting audit requests and documentation</li><li>Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including CSTE personnel, auditors, lenders, and investors</li><li>Maintain and improve reporting processes, templates, and controls</li><li>Utilize NetSuite for reporting, analysis, and financial statement preparation</li><li>Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reporting tools and models</li><li>Support ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of experience preparing financial statements, including at least 3 years in a multi-entity, multi-tiered complex reporting environment</li><li>3+ years of experience working with complex organizational structures</li><li>Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP</li><li>NetSuite experience within the last year (required)</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, reporting models)</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities</li><li>Ability to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience interacting with auditors, lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders</li><li>Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week in the Charlotte area office</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (Plus, Not Required)<ul><li>Experience with Quickbooks</li><li>CPA certification</li><li>Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required</li></ul>
