Define scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and project KPIs.</li><li>Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively. Drive cross-functional problem-solving and remove execution roadblocks.</li><li>Align Engineering, PLM, and Sales Configurator teams on configuration rules, Super BOM structure, and data mapping requirements.</li><li>Oversee collaboration between IT, PLM administrators, and integration teams to ensure accurate data flow between E-config and Windchill.</li><li>Ensure the Windchill system is properly structured to receive configured data and generate correct product BOMs. Support organizational adoption through user enablement and training.</li><li>Oversee development and validation of Super BOMs, BOM relationship rules, variant/option logic, and metadata for CTO.</li><li>Ensure alignment between business needs and PLM configuration.
