Bring your energy to Aggreko as an FP&amp;A Analyst based in Dakar. You’ll play a key role in supporting the FP&amp;A Manager with the preparation of the business financial planning as well as with relevant analysis for business performance reviews.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as [role]: <ul><li>Lead accurate financial reporting and planning including full P&amp;L and balance sheet actuals, quarterly reforecasts, annual budgets, 5-year plans, and month-end management reporting packs.</li><li>Strengthen financial controls by reviewing BPO-prepared balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal control standards, and resolving month-end issues.</li><li>Deliver insightful performance analysis across profitability, costs, cash flow, and key operational KPIs, supporting EPR/QPR reviews and ad hoc financial modelling needs.</li><li>Drive effective cost control by tracking mobilisation/demobilisation expenses, service materials, and indirect project costs while identifying control gaps and improving cost visibility.</li><li>Improve business processes and data integrity through continuous clean-up of business centres and closed projects, enhancing reporting accuracy and system quality.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>Proven experience in FP&amp;A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, with strong capability in preparing accurate P&amp;L and balance sheet reporting.</li><li>Hands-on exposure to month-end close, management reporting, and reviewing/challenging balance sheet reconciliations.</li><li>Strong cost control and project cost analysis background, including mobilisation/demobilisation, materials, and indirect project costs.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently, drive analytical insights, and support business partnering in fast-paced or complex environments.</li><li>Experience supporting financial controls, audits, and process improvement, with strong attention to data integrity and system accuracy.</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Full time position based in Dakar.</li><li>A competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>A genuine focus on continued personal development and learning.</li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle.</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
