Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><div><ul><li>Lead and manage the monthly Sales and Operations Planning cycle, including data gathering, demand review, supply review, pre‑planning review, and executive‑level planning review.</li><li>Maintain the full cadence of the Sales and Operations Planning process, including calendars, templates, and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Facilitate alignment across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service while managing a cross‑functional action tracker to support the planning cycle.</li><li>Support demand forecasting, supply planning, and scenario modeling, including risk assessment and mitigation planning.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards that measure forecast accuracy, on‑time delivery, inventory levels, and production capacity.</li><li>Prepare executive summaries and provide planning insights for leadership.</li><li>Support organizational growth initiatives by ensuring the planning function is ready for high‑volume and fast‑response product lines.</li><li>Serve as the primary owner for all Express and Assemble‑to‑Order “Ship‑from‑Stock” programs, ensuring planning and execution readiness.</li><li>Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Service teams to support scaling these programs in alignment with the company’s growth strategy within the United States.</li><li>Ensure all Express and Assemble‑to‑Order programs are fully integrated into the Sales and Operations Planning process and executive decision‑making.</li><li>Track and report program performance, including on‑time delivery, lead‑time performance, inventory turnover, and revenue growth.</li><li>Identify risks and constraints that could limit program growth and proactively drive actions to mitigate these issues.</li></ul></div><h1>Qualifications:</h1><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Five to eight years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning, supply chain, demand planning, or operations planning.</li><li>Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.</li><li>Experience using enterprise resource planning systems (such as SAP) and analytics tools (such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI).</li><li>Experience working with turbomachinery, rotating equipment, mechanical seals, compressors, or pumps. (preferred)</li><li>Experience leading executive‑level planning discussions. (preferred)</li><li>Exposure to global or multi‑company supply chain environments.
