contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions when needed. </li><li>Promote and enforce adherence to engineering processes, including ASPICE, functional safety, and cybersecurity standards. </li></ul>What we are looking for<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on electric drive systems, power electronics, or electric motors. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the automotive industry. </li><li>At least 3 years of experience in project or technical project management within the automotive sector. </li><li>Proven expertise (3+ years) in power electronics, eMotors, driveline systems, and both hardware and software development. </li><li>Broad engineering background with hands-on experience in complex mechatronic systems, including electrical machines, power electronics, and embedded software. </li><li>Deep understanding of electrified vehicle systems and their integration. </li><li>Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle operating modes, system-level trade-offs, and packaging constraints. </li><li>Strong analytical and technical skills, including statistical analysis and structured problem-solving (e.g., root cause analysis, 8D methodology). </li><li>Practical experience with ASPICE, functional safety, and cybersecurity standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. </li><li>Knowledge of automotive safety analysis tools and standards, including ISO 26262, DFMEA, FMEA, FMEDA, and FTA. </li><li>Effective team leadership and coaching abilities, fostering collaboration and a positive team environment. </li><li>Experience working in global, cross-cultural teams across multiple regions. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
