The position supports strategic financial planning and operational execution across cash management, liquidity, and risk mitigation.<h2>Job Description:</h2>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understanding intercompany financial relationships and settlements.</li><li>Support financial reporting and forecasting activities, supporting management control.</li><li>Perform daily cash positioning and bank account reconciliation.</li><li>Maintain treasury files, banking records and financial logs.</li><li>Prepare and support approval of treasury payments, including manual payments.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with AP, AR, FP&amp;A, HR, and R2R teams to ensure accurate cash forecasting and reporting.</li><li>Propose and implement improvements to administrative-financial processes and systems.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.</li><li>1 - 3 years of experience in treasury or financial operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial instruments, banking products, and treasury systems.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with treasury management systems  (e.g., Kyriba, Preferably Piteco but any TMS is appreciated).</li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li><li>Fluency in English &amp; French or other European languages are a plus.</li></ul>Desirable Skills:<ul><li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments.</li><li>Experience with shared service environments or AP/AR/GL is an advantage.</li></ul>Pay And Benefits At Nadara, we’re committed to creating an environment where our people feel valued, supported and empowered to grow.
