As we continue to evolve our client portfolio and expand, MET Energia Italia is now looking for a talented Treasury Specialist to join the Finance team, reporting to the AFC Manager. The role will contribute to supporting and strengthening the company’s development in the Italian market.You will be responsible for managing payment and collection processes, monitoring cash flow, and preparing medium to long‑term financial forecasts. Skilled in maintaining strong, productive relationships with banking partners. Experienced at managing credit facilities, loans, and debt instruments to optimize the company’s financial structure and ensure liquidity.Step by step you will take on several activities that are part of the main duties within the Portfolio team, bringing your invaluable contribution to our daily operations:<ul><li>Payments Management: Verify and prepare daily payment batches to ensure timely and accurate disbursements</li><li>Collections: Oversee and process direct debit transactions for customer payments, ensuring proper authorization and execution</li><li>Cash Flow Planning &amp; Reporting: Monitor cash flow trends and develop medium- and long‑term financial forecasts and reports</li><li>Banking Relationship Management: Support the maintenance of relationships with financial institutions and assist in negotiating banking terms and conditions</li><li>Debt Optimization: Contribute to the management of loans, credit facilities, and other financing instruments to optimize the company’s debt structure</li><li>Supporting the launch of new ideas and projects to grow the business</li><li>Be active and ready to take on new challenges in other areas of MET should this become your desire</li></ul>
