This role ensures HubSpot is configured to support scalable demand generation, clean data flow, accurate reporting, and strong alignment between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.</p><p>This is a hands-on role dedicated to building reliable workflows, maintaining lead lifecycle management, and providing actionable insights into pipeline and revenue performance.</p><h1><strong>What you get to do</strong></h1><h2><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></h2><p><strong>HubSpot Systems &amp; Integration Management</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub.</li><li>Own HubSpot architecture including properties, objects, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and permissions.</li><li>Run integrations between HubSpot and connected systems (e.g., Salesforce, data enrichment tools, intent platforms, webinar and ad platforms).</li><li>Maintain HubSpot governance standards, documentation, and change management processes.</li><li>Partner with RevOps and IT on new integrations, migrations, and system optimization.</li></ul><p><strong>Campaign &amp; Workflow Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Build, test, and deploy advanced HubSpot workflows to support inbound, outbound, ABM, lifecycle, and product-led motions.</li><li>Operationalize lead scoring, routing, nurturing, suppression, and re-engagement workflows.</li><li>Support GTM motions and product launches through campaign setup, automation, and QA.</li><li>Ensure all campaigns meet HubSpot operational standards and reporting requirements prior to launch.</li></ul><p><strong>Data &amp; Lead Management (HubSpot-Native)</strong></p><ul><li>Own end-to-end lead lifecycle within HubSpot, from first touch through opportunity creation.</li><li>Design and maintain HubSpot lead scoring models (behavioral, demographic, and firmographic).</li><li>Enforce data quality standards using HubSpot validation rules, automation, and Operations Hub tools.</li><li>Handle de-duplication, enrichment, and normalization processes to ensure reliable reporting and attribution.</li><li>Partner with Sales Ops to ensure accurate handoffs and SLA compliance.</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting &amp; Dashboards (HubSpot Reporting)</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintaidashboards for marketing performance, funnel conversion, pipeline, and revenue impact.</li><li>Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to marketing and executive leadership.</li><li>Ensure consistent definitions for lifecycle stages, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline metrics.</li><li>Support attribution modeling and campaign performance analysis within HubSpot.</li><li>Enable self-service reporting while maintaining metric integrity.</li></ul><p><strong>RevOps Support &amp; Administration</strong></p><ul><li>Partner closely with Sales Ops and RevOps to align HubSpot workflows with revenue processes.</li><li>Support territory management, lead assignment, and opportunity creation logic within HubSpot.</li><li>Assist with forecasting inputs, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking.</li><li>Maintain alignment between HubSpot and downstream systems to ensure revenue accuracy.</li></ul><p><strong>Vendor &amp; Financial Management</strong></p><ul><li>Own administration and optimization of HubSpot subscriptions and add-ons.</li><li>Handle relationships with HubSpot partners, agencies, and marketing technology vendors.</li><li>Track marketing tools spend, renewals, and ROI tied to HubSpot programs.</li></ul><p>Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting for marketing operations.</p><h1><strong>What you bring to the Team</strong></h1><h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2><ul><li>5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.</li><li>Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot (Marketing Hub required;
