Hybrid (office/remote) working arrangements will be considered for this position. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage complex contract negotiations with international customers.</li><li>Review, draft, and finalize standard and non-standard contractual agreements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and mitigate commercial risk.</li><li>Provide expert advice on contract law and commercial terms.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business objectives.</li><li>Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce exposure.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders and customers.</li></ul>Essential Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in a business or commercial role with contract management responsibilities.</li><li>Ability to work confidently with both standard and bespoke contractual clauses.</li><li>Demonstrated success in leading contract negotiations.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.</li><li>Solid knowledge of contract law and its practical application.</li><li>Competence in drafting and reviewing complex contracts.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and must have strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Knowledge of contract principles specific to the award and management of commercial contracts. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to review and manage high volume of contract files, correspondence, and maintain information in electronic databases.</li><li>Strong time management skills with ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize.</li><li>Self-motivated and good level of focus and concentration; ability to follow-through and complete tasks on time.</li><li>Ability to exercise good judgment and handle confidential and sensitive issues.</li><li>Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong computer skills with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li></ul>Desirable Skills<ul><li>Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).</li><li>A Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.</li><li>Proven track record in dispute resolution and claims management</li></ul> Some travel will be required to support business development, internal meetings, and contracting activities.  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
