This role reports directly to the Associate General Counsel. The primary responsibilities of the role include serving as the internal communication hub for all matters related to performance issues for top accounts in order to help ensure all customer commitments are clearly understood, documented, and delivered on time. maintain regular communication for status updates. </li><li>Develop strong partnership with Program Managers, Technical Support, and Customer Success Managers to ensure timely and detailed communications related to customer concerns. </li><li>Drive readiness for scheduled customer meetings and reports. </li><li>Identify, monitor, and respond to potential performance issues, including by
